Fractionated plasma products
We distribute the supply of fractionated plasma products in Australia. Most of these plasma-derived products are prepared from pooled human plasma collected from voluntary blood donors.
Plasma-derived products are manufactured by CSL Behring. We also import products (eg, Octagam®) to meet clinical demands. Prescription of these products often requires Specialist consultation.
CSL Behring regularly updates the product information and consumer medicine information inserts. Prior to administration of each product, consult product information inserts available in the packaging of all products and also in the CSL website.
