Jenita Allen is a Medical Education Project Officer at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.
I have a background in Nursing and have previously worked in the Blood Service as a donor collection nurse.
I was the study nurse for the donor iron research project and supported the Iron Task Force as a project officer.
My current projects include developing materials for patients who may require a transfusion and producing pod casts containing basic medical information.
I have an interest in donor collection safety and developing education materials.
